Communities Covered Around Santa Fe

Requests through this site cover Santa Fe and the county around it — the covenant communities southeast and northwest, the historic villages, the foothill and ski-road properties, the mountain east, and the valley corridor north. Eighteen communities have their own pages below.

The city's edges

Close in: the traditional village of Agua Fria, the Foothills climbing east, Hyde Park on the ski-basin road, and La Tierra's mesa land northwest. Four different door worlds within minutes of the plaza.

The covenant and community southeast

Eldorado at Santa Fe — the ring's biggest planned community — with Sunlit Hills, Arroyo Hondo, Seton Village, and Cañada de los Alamos in the rolling south hills. Design standards, sun-forward exposures, and cohort-aged hardware.

North: estates and the valley corridor

Las Campanas' gated estates, the historic village of Tesuque in the cottonwoods, then the corridor down the valley through Pojoaque to Española at the ring's north edge.

The mountain east and the trail south

Eastward up the pass: Glorieta, the rail-junction village of Lamy, and Pecos at the wilderness gateway — real winter, cabins, and canyon roads. South down the Turquoise Trail: historic Los Cerrillos and the acequia village of La Cienega.
